The benefits of a Notice Boards are
- Privacy – You decide who to invite to your Notice Board and it remains private and
accessible to your members only.
- Chat and Post messages - with one or more people at the same time.
- Attachments – On any post or chat you can attach links, pdf’s, photos or documents.
- Postings – Text size (140 characters) but can be extended to longer messages with the easy to use “Create Extended Message” tool.
- Message delete – Postings are automatically deleted after 30 days but you have the option to save
them indefinitely if you choose.
- Administrator – When creating a Notice Board, choose who can be an administrator
(only you, some or all members of your Notice Board). The Administrator can set parameters for
including, inviting and accepting who is part of the Notice Board and other administrator functions.
